The bedroom was bright and fantastic. The breakfast deal was gorgeous with fresh fruit, toast, different preserves. The location was great and brilliant, not far from the South beach, and sea front, the beach was next to the venue. We were lucky to have amicable staff.

Stayed here for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my choice. The staff were very welcoming, breakfast was lovely and delicious. The room I booked was fantastic and huge with excellent view, perfect views, as for instance as expected. Everything was good as expected, yet the bathroom was very tiny. You guys made my stay good.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay. Our room was bright and big, with armchairs and a kettle. The bed was extremely comfy, great night sleep. The staff was really friendly and helped with the free parking.

Absolutely great characterful hotel with good value, we had a very very good stay. Great and amiable staff, provided useful info. The location was perfect and fantastic close to the train station, within walking distance of a railway station. We could also easily get to a public beach.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. We enjoyed facilities and views - just good. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Also, it's 3 km away from Lowestoft Museum;))
